Things worth knowing before you write

  • Refunds: 14 days, no interrogation. Include your order reference and it is done.
  • Lost download link: include the email address you paid with and we will reissue it.
  • Wrong intake answer: tell us what to change and we will rebuild your files.
  • Consultant licence: if you want to use these with your own clients, ask. We will sort out terms.
  • Do not send us patient or customer data. We never need it, and we would rather it did not arrive here at all.
