Techtician AI LLC operates this site. This page says what we collect and what we do not, in the same words we would use if you asked us on the phone.

The important one first: your workbook

Whatever you type into the workbook never reaches us. Patient names, customer records, case values, phone numbers, call notes — none of it. The file is generated by us and downloaded by you, and from that moment it lives on your storage. There is no sync, no account, no telemetry inside the file, and no mechanism by which its contents could come back to us.

This matters most for the dental system, where the workbook holds PHI as soon as you paste your report into it. We are not a business associate for that data because we never touch it.

What we do collect

• Your email address, when you buy something or use the contact form. Used to deliver your files and to answer you.
• Order records — what you bought, when, how much, the payment processor’s reference. Required for accounting and for reissuing a download link.
• Intake answers for the customised and multi-unit tiers: your business name, which software you run, who owns the list, and the operating numbers you enter. Used to generate your build. We ask you on that form not to enter any patient or customer information, and the form does not need any.
• First-party analytics: page views, clicks on buy buttons, checkout steps, and downloads, tied to a random identifier stored in your browser.

Analytics, specifically

There is no Google Analytics here, no advertising pixel, no session recorder, and no third-party tracking script of any kind. The identifier is a random string generated in your browser and stored in local storage. It is not derived from anything about you, it is not shared with anyone, and clearing your browser storage ends it permanently.

We use it to answer one question: which pages lead to purchases. That is the entire purpose.

Who else sees your data

• The payment processor. Card details go directly to them and never touch our servers. We receive a reference and the email address you paid with. This deployment currently has no processor connected and cannot take payments.
• The email provider, to deliver your download link.
• The hosting provider, which necessarily processes requests to this site.

We do not sell data, rent it, or share it for advertising. There is no list to be on.

How long we keep it

• Order records: seven years, because tax authorities require it.
• Intake answers: kept while your order is live, so we can rebuild your files if you ask. Deleted on request.
• Analytics events: 24 months.
• Contact messages: 24 months.

Your rights

Email mkathrein08@gmail.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will do it within 30 days and we will not make you explain why. If you are in the EU, UK or California, you have these rights by law; we extend them to everyone because operating two standards is worse than operating one.

Deleting your order record means we can no longer reissue your download link. We will say so before we do it.

Cookies

No advertising or tracking cookies. The site uses local storage for the analytics identifier described above, and the payment processor may set its own cookies during checkout on its own domain.

Children

This is a business-to-business product and is not directed at anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect, the date at the top changes. We will not quietly broaden what we gather.
