Terms of sale and use

These terms cover buying and using anything sold on this site by Techtician AI LLC. Buying something means you accept them.

What you are buying

A downloadable set of files: a spreadsheet workbook, written procedures, a script library and supporting documents. It is not software, not a service, not a subscription, and there is nothing to log in to. There is no ongoing obligation on either side after delivery.

Licence

You may:

• Use the files to run the process inside your own organisation.
• Modify, rename and adapt them however you like.
• Give copies to your own employees and contractors while they work for you.
• Keep using them indefinitely. Nothing expires.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense or redistribute the files outside your organisation.
• Publish them anywhere publicly accessible, including template marketplaces and shared drives open to people outside your organisation.
• Use them to deliver consulting services to third parties without a consultant licence. Ask us for one — we would rather sell you one than find out afterwards.

The multi-unit tiers extend the licence to every location or branch operated by the purchasing organisation.

What we are not promising

No financial outcome is guaranteed. These files describe a process and provide tools to run it. Results depend on your list, your team, the time you protect for it, and factors none of us control.

Any figure produced by a calculator in the workbook is arithmetic performed on numbers you entered yourself. It is a projection of your own assumptions, not a forecast of your results, and it is not a representation by us.

We are not your dentist, contractor, lawyer, accountant or compliance officer. Nothing here is professional advice for your specific situation. Where the material touches regulated areas — patient data handling, contract terms, consumer contact rules — treat it as a starting point to review with someone qualified in your jurisdiction, not as a legal opinion.

Your obligations

• Contact rules are yours to follow. Calling, texting and emailing customers is regulated in most places. Get consent where required, honour opt-outs, and respect do-not-call registers. The scripts include opt-out language; using them correctly is on you.
• Data protection is yours to manage. Once you put patient or customer information into the workbook, you are the controller of it and the applicable rules are yours to meet.

Refunds

14 days, described in full on the refund policy page, which forms part of these terms.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Availability

We aim to keep download links working indefinitely and we will make reasonable efforts to do so, but we do not guarantee permanent availability of this website. Keep your own copy of the files after you download them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you bought.
