Unscheduled treatment across multiple locations

At one location this is a process problem. At five it becomes a comparability problem, and comparability is where most group rollouts quietly fail.

If each location tracks status differently, the roll-up is arithmetic on incompatible numbers.

Standardise the status list first

Every location uses the identical status dropdown. No local additions, no free text, no "we call it something different here".

This sounds trivial and it is the entire foundation. One location writing "cost" where another writes "Declined - financial" makes the group objection report meaningless.

Compare rate, not volume

A larger location will always have more dormant dollars. Ranking by absolute dollars just ranks by size, and it teaches your best small location that it cannot win.

Compare percentage of dormant dollars contacted, and percentage of contacted dollars scheduled. Those are comparable across any size.

The four numbers to ask for weekly

Dormant dollars, dollars contacted, dollars scheduled, dollars completed. Same four everywhere, same day everywhere, same format everywhere.

Resist adding a fifth. Every extra number lowers the odds the report happens at all.

  • Each location reports the same four numbers every Monday
  • Group roll-up computes contact rate and schedule rate per location
  • Review rates monthly, not weekly — weekly rate movement is mostly noise
  • The lowest schedule rate gets coaching, not a target increase

Roll out sequentially

Launch one location, run it for four weeks, fix what broke, then launch the rest. Simultaneous rollout across every location means every location hits the same unfixed problem at the same time.

Your pilot location should be the one with an engaged manager, not the one with the worst numbers.

Common questions

One workbook or one per location?

One per location, consolidated into a master dashboard. A single shared file across locations creates version conflicts and access-control problems that are not worth solving.

How long until a group sees results?

The pilot location produces scheduled cases within the first two weeks. Group-level comparability takes about a quarter, because that is how long it takes for status discipline to become habit.
