Objection — "I can't afford it right now"
That's a completely fair thing to say, and I'd rather you tell me than just not come in. Can I ask — is it the total that's the problem, or is it the timing of the total? Because those have different answers. [If timing:] We have [FINANCING OPTION]. That would put this at roughly [MONTHLY ESTIMATE] a month instead of all at once. Would that change the picture? [If total:] Let me talk to [DOCTOR NAME] about whether there's a way to phase this — treat the part that's actively getting worse now, and plan the rest. I'll call you back [CALLBACK DAY] either way.
Why it is written this way: "Is it the total or the timing?" is the highest-value question in this whole library. It splits a dead end into two solvable problems. Always give a callback commitment and then keep it.

Starter System
You can be working your unscheduled list this afternoon with a written cadence and scripts.
Customised System
The same system, pre-configured with your practice name, your practice management system, your named owners, your fee ranges and your cadence — so there is nothing to adapt.
Questions
Before you buy
Is this software?
No. It is a spreadsheet workbook, a written SOP and a script library, delivered as a zip file. There is nothing to install, no login, no subscription, and no integration with your practice management system. You paste your own report into it.
Does it connect to Dentrix or Open Dental?
No, and deliberately not. Integration is what makes the alternatives expensive and slow to adopt. You export the report you already have and paste it in. That takes about two minutes and it works with every practice management system.
Will it work in Google Sheets?
Yes. The workbook is .xlsx and imports into Google Sheets with formulas and dropdowns intact. It is built and tested in Excel; if you use Sheets, upload it and open with Google Sheets.
This holds patient names. What about HIPAA?
The workbook is PHI once you put patient data in it, exactly like the report you exported it from. It ships with a one-page handling checklist: keep it on practice-controlled storage, restrict access to the people working the list, and remove access when someone leaves. We never receive your patient data — the workbook is generated and downloaded by you, and nothing you type into it comes back to us.
How is the customised version different?
Same system, configured instead of adapted. Your practice name and doctor's name in the scripts, your practice management system's report steps only, your named owners on the SOP steps, priority thresholds set from your average case value, and the cadence tuned to how many sessions a week you can actually staff. It removes the setup work, which is the reason most template purchases never get used.
How fast do I get it?
The Starter System downloads immediately after checkout. The customised and multi-location tiers send you to a short intake form; your build is generated as soon as you submit it, usually in a few seconds, and the download link is on the screen and in your email.
What if my team does not use it?
That is the real risk, and it is why the SOP insists on one named owner and calendar-blocked sessions rather than good intentions. If those two things do not happen, no system works — this one included. The Monday four-number report-out exists to make the drop-off visible in week one instead of month three.
Do you guarantee a recovery amount?
No. Anyone who guarantees you a dollar figure without having seen your list is guessing. The calculator computes projections from numbers you enter yourself, and you can set them as conservatively as you like.
What is the refund policy?
14 days. Because these are downloadable files, we ask you to tell us what did not work — not to justify yourself, but because that is the only way the product improves. Full policy on the refunds page.
